Welcome to Tips Up, a residence in Golfside Condos at Shanty Creek Ski and Golf Resort. This first floor condo sits on the 18th hole of the Cedar River Golf Course designed by Tom Weiskopf and off the Purple Lift for skiing in/out. Enjoy the ease being situated right next door to the Lodge and it's amenities. The space also comes with use of the Lodge's outdoor pool, two hot tubs, and free shuttle bus between the 4 Villages and downtown Bellaire. We are located just 20 minutes from Torch Lake.

Shanty Creek offers complimentary shuttles between all 4 Villages and downtown Bellaire. Pickup and Drop-off locations are located at each villages front entry. The Lodge pick-up location is about a 2 minute walk from the condo. Ask Guest services for route and times. The drive into Bellaire is 10 minutes and to Torch Lake is 20. Guests can park two cars in the driveway at the condo. There is additional parking for all-terrain vehicles and boats in the common parking lots. Please inquire for more information.

Megan was a wonderful host offering a great space with many amenities and local dining and destination suggestions. Our stay was very comfortable and accommodating and we would definitely reserve again!

The property was in a great location and matched the description and photos. Spacious for my husband and I. Comfortable bedrooms - streaming TVs, great water pressure/hot water. Had a little snafu with the door lock code, but Megan resolved quickly. Overall a great rental for the area with every thing one would need. I would recommend this property to others and we will most likely book again.

Beautiful condo on Cedar River’s 18th green. Beautiful furnishings and decor. Comfortable beds, great family floor plan. We enjoyed the available games, with our grandchildren. We walked to the driving range, the pool, and restaurant right at the Cedar River Lodge. Megan was very helpful before, during, and after our visit. We forgot my pillow and all my husband’s medications. She let me know this, and kindly let my husband drive back up to retrieve everything from a locked closet, where the cleaning crew left the items. I would happily rent Megan’s condo again!

This was our second stay at Megan's and it was just as amazing as I remembered it. The home is so comfortable and the ski in/out made for a fantastic ski trip! We look forward to returning and would highly recommend Megan's condo.

Place was exactly as the description. As far as skiing goes, you only have to walk 2 condos over to ski through the tube to het to the chair lift! And to get to the condo just ski over the bridge and to the back of the condo! Hiking around the area was great if not an avid skier.

Our family had an amazing time at the great location. We came for a ski trip and good memories were made. We could ski to the back porch from slopes, which was so convenient for quick stops for food, water, and warming up between runs. Megan was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back next year!

This is the best ski getaway! We can’t wait to come back. Megan was an amazing host, always responsive and attentive. You’re right on the resort and can ski and walk pretty much anywhere. Cannot recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay for summer golf trip. View of the 18th green on cedar River course. Walking distance to small restaurant for quick eats. Easy check in with easy instructions.

This place was more than we expected and we thought the advertisement said it all, but it was so worth every penny we spent to get away & enjoy our 51st anniversary. We are golfers & there are plenty of awesome courses to pick from . We usually stay in Traverse city when we are going to Michigan, but the countryside & serenity is what most appealed to us. We will go back in a heartbeat, but next time take another couple with us so we can share this jem with our friends

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful, serene location this is it. Stunning views. The condo is clean comfortable and well equipped. Plenty spacious for 2 couples. Some cute towns within a quick drive. We had a wonderful week and plan to be back.
